I am creating this fundraiser for my papa,

 

Papa Martinez (Luis Antonio Martinez)

 

 

He went into the Emergency Room last night due to not feeling well and they found an aneurysm on his heart.

 

He was medflighted from the Emergency Room in Sparta WI to St Mary's Hospital in Rochester MN;

 

He underwent an open heart surgery that begun at approximately 1:00 AM and finished up around 7AM.

  

He is in the ICU under sedation.

He will have another surgery early tomorrow morning.

He will stay 2 weeks in ICU and then will go to rehab right after. 

 

This family has already had enough on their plate; as mama has cancer. The least we could do is offer a little help with expenses as far as hotel expenses, food and compensation for missing work etc.

 

 

They are a family of 9; 7 kids. (And a heavy amount of non bio kids) thats where I come in play lol.

 

 

With the holidays coming up, I can't imagine how they feel; they know that Christmas isn't about the gifts, they just love the time they get to spent time with eachother. They really are a wonderful family and they follow God tremendously; they spread faith all over literally and if this was someone else in this situation they would jump to help with no questions.

 

 

Please pray with me,

 

Dear God, Please watch over him as they go into surgery. Give them peace and let them be still. Direct the doctor's hands skillfully as they undergo surgery tomorrow Let them feel Your hand upon them and let them be comforted by Your presence in the operation room. You and only you can comfort them through this and guide them to a successful recovery.
