Chandler Dailey is my little brother. He was born with cerebral palsy and scoliosis and is wheelchair-bound. On 6/26/2016 he was hit by a car now he has a broken leg. His wheelchair is crushed and he lost his phone that he uses to contact my mother. My mother doesn't have enough money for another wheelchair or phone. Any and everything helps.
