Hi! My name is Nathalie. Yanet Garcia is a hard-working single mother. If you had a chance to meet her, you would know what kind of person she is. She's very kind-hearted and always has the best interest at heart. She has always put me before anything and always made sure that I had the best of the best. She has been fighting for me for all 19 years of my life. As you know, it is just my mom and me. We moved to North Carolina from Florida in 2019 for a fresh start. A couple of months later, we took in two of my beautiful nieces, Zofia and Zabel, into our home. A couple of months after, my mom got into a car accident in November causing serious back problems. If you have known my mom, she has had spinal problems before, but after the car accident, it got worst.
My mother is having a spinal diffusion on May 11th. We have looked through all options before surgery to help her spine. At this point, her problem is more serious than we thought it would be. The cost of her surgery would be $80,000 which includes the surgeon, anesthesiologist, the operating room, etc. The recovery process could take up to one to three months. Therefore, my mom will be out of work for this whole time.
I normally don't ask for help from others. At this time, I'm only 18 years of age and I'm not able to provide my mom with the support she needs, at least financially. I am working three jobs to help save up for my surgery but it won't be enough. I would really appreciate it any help we can get for the surgery. Anything would be appreciated. My mom deserves this surgery. It hurts to see my mom in pain and not be able to do anything about it. It's time for her to be at peace. It's my turn to help her out and put her first.
