Javier Ramos, for love & justice

Javier “Javi” Ramos, 46, of Franklin Park, Illinois passed away on March 23, 2021 when he became a victim to the gun violence in Chicago.

He was shot to death by his passengers as he fulfilled his duties as an Uber driver which had been his form of financial means to support his family. 

We are asking for your help to relieve our family of some burial expenses, help with whatever his daughter may need and as we seek legal help to bring his death to justice and demand changes so this doesn’t happen again! His death can not be in vain. 

Javi was a dedicated father. His greatest accomplishment was his pride and joy, Zoe. She was his world.  All that he did, and all that he worked for, was because of his sweet Zoe. He especially enjoyed their weekly Daddy-Daughter dates. Javi was always working hard to take care of himself. This was in part, driven by him surviving a brain aneurysm approximately seven years ago.  After overcoming such a tragic diagnosis, he developed a new lease on life and made a promise to himself to live his life to the fullest. He held true to that promise.

Our hearts are broken at the loss of this warm, funny, enthusiastic, and ever supportive man who made such a difference in the lives of so many.
