What’s going on Hawks! It’s almost 10 years! To celebrate we’ve got a great weekend lined up. This is the breakdown and Budget.

Informal at STL VIBES . Individuals pay for booths at their leisure and not included in go fund me.
Saturday

Picnic: $500 budget
That’s for food, Utensils, and all supplies. Anything left over will go toward Alcohol. Send in suggestions for food.
Bowling: $250
$25 per hr for a lane plus shoe rental for each person. Estimate 5 lanes rented out.
9-11 PM
$50*5=$250

Church, Brunch Celebration and banquet: $1,800-3,500
We’ve been quoted $1,800 from two different venues for rental, table, and clothes.
One would be the Polish Heritage center. They have open bar options.
The second is House of Soul. It is a little more hip. It has booths and bottle service. Food can be be provided but we have to cheaper depending on head count. House of Soul does require an $800 deposit to lock in date. Security, tables, chairs, booths included. That doesn’t include DJ but we get access to stage, patio, and TV’s.
