My name is Hassan, a university student at the University College of Applied Sciences. I study multimedia and hold 23 certificates accredited from multiple countries in more than one field, including accounting, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. I currently live in Gaza with my family.
We are suffering from horrific conditions. The situation is extremely devastating, with people being killed and infrastructure destroyed, making Gaza almost uninhabitable.
I am injured and my injury is very serious and I need to take it outside Gaza and have surgery. Everyone knows that there are no hospitals and medical centers in northern Gaza due to its complete destruction by the occupation.
I had no choice but to start this campaign aimed at saving the lives of my family members by supporting their temporary relocation to Egypt. They only have Palestinian passports, which means I have to pay to facilitate their exit from Gaza and to facilitate treatment for me because I was injured in the war and my head injury was serious. This is the only option I have to ensure our safety and put an end to the ongoing conflicts they face. My only hope now is to save them and take care of them because I love them more than anything. Please support me by donating and/or sharing my campaign within your networks
No one in Gaza was spared loss, not even me. I witnessed the tragic loss of four individuals, children and the elderly, in the place to which we were displaced. We were targeted and fell between martyr and wounded. There are so many heartbreaking stories,
This morning, my little brother, his name is Muhammad, who is 12 years old and especially close to me, his voice was trembling with weakness as he expressed his exhaustion, his absence from school, and his intense desire to end this constant nightmare. This also breaks my heart. I have a sister named Dylan, who is not even months old. A baby girl dies in fear and grief from the sounds of rockets and huge explosions from the Israeli occupation
Therefore, I am organizing this campaign to facilitate the evacuation of my family from Gaza. With the people of Gaza feeling abandoned and no political leader intervening for more than four months to stop the ongoing atrocities, I had no choice but to take this action. Please consider donating and spreading the word about my campaign within your network.
My heart is heavy for the children of my family, Moataz and Lamis, who have grown up amid constant wars since their birth. These children deserve a life of peace, where they can play, embrace childhood innocence and pursue their dreams without the constant fear of war overshadowing their lives.
- It is unfortunate that we lost our house and it is now uninhabitable, after they were destroyed by Israeli tank shells
- In order to leave Gaza through the Rafah crossing, people must pay a fee of US$5,000 per adult and US$2,500 per child to Hala in Egypt, totaling US$30,500. Donations will cover not only these fees, but also expenses such as transportation. Visa fees, accommodation and living costs in Cairo, Egypt. Additionally, the funds will represent a GoFundMe transaction fee, which is 2.9% plus 25p per donation.
My family and I are looking forward to a safe haven and a chance to live a normal life. The situation unfolding for my family is beyond any imaginable horror. Although we have suffered from wars in the past, this war is uniquely devastating. Words simply cannot express the depth of horror, disappointment and sadness I feel.
The encouragement I received to start this campaign and your help means more than just financial assistance; It's about saving us. Please consider donating and spreading the word about my campaign within your network
Once again, I express my deep gratitude for your love and support. I hope to soon share happier news about my family with your invaluable support.
With deep appreciation,
Hassan
