I announce with a heavy heart the sudden passing of Claire Vandunk. Claire was only 40 years old with so many more chapters of life to live. She was such a strong woman who took on her trials and tribulations head on. She was a fighter. She made a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
The most important person in her life is her daughter Krystina Vandunk who is 19 years old. She loved her baby girl more than anything in this world. Every breath she took and every heart beat was for her daughter Krystina.
Claire was the second oldest of 8 children to parents John and Claire Miller. She was the big sister.
She is survived by her daughter Krystina Vandunk, 19. Her parents John and Claire Miller. And her siblings John Miller, Christopher Miller, Kathleen Donatello, Jaclyn Miller, Thomas Miller and William Miller.
As many of you know we gained our first angel Ashley Miller on April 2, 2020 in a tragic car accident. Ashley was Claire’s youngest sister. The baby of the family. John and Claire will be burying their second daughter in less than a year. Something no parent should ever go through. Ashley was also the closest person in Krystinas life. Krystina has lost 2 of the most important people to her. My heart breaks for the entire family and every life Claire has ever touched.
