My name is Jasmine, and I have family and friends in Jamaica, along with countless others who have been affected by Hurricane Melissa. I live in London, however Jamaica is like my second home, the people there have shown me endless love and kindness over the years, and now they need our help more than ever.

Hurricane Melissa has brought devastating damage across the island. My loved ones and so many others, have been deeply affected. Many have lost their homes, their belongings, and even their livelihoods.

Your donations will go directly to people and communities such as hotel workers who have lost their homes, belongings, and livelihoods due to Hurricane Melissa to help provide immediate support to buy necessities such as clothes, water and food. Along with help to rebuild their homes in the long run. These are hardworking people who now have nowhere to turn. Many are sleeping in damaged homes or community shelters without electricity, clean water, or food.

No amount is too small, every penny makes a difference. Together, we can bring hope and relief to those who are suffering. Jamaica is strong, but recovery will take time, compassion, and collective effort.
