This is the OFFICIAL fundraising page for the Horry County Police Department (Conway, SC) Officer who was seriously injured in a terrible car crash earlier last week.
On March 16, 2021, around 4:19 pm, an on-duty HCPD officer was involved in a two-vehicle crash near Country Club Drive and Long Avenue Extension in Conway.
The officer was transported from the crash scene to an area hospital, where he remains hospitalized in serious but stable condition.
He is expected to undergo multiple medical procedures to treat his extensive injuries, but the road to rehabilitation will be long and arduous, and the effects of his injuries will be life-altering.
As with any medical emergency, anyone can understand the emotional, physical, and financial strain emergencies can place upon the injured party, as well as their family.
Along with thoughts and prayers, any financial contribution anyone is able to make will be truly appreciated. The financial expenses that go along with recovery should not be borne alone. Support of all kinds are needed and appreciated
ALL monies raised will go directly to the officer and his wife, who is also an HCPD officer and must face the new challenge of becoming his caregiver.
The funds raised will be used to handle necessary expenses while the officer and his wife are both out of work.
