Alec Mancini was a beloved son and brother who loved those around him fiercely. He spent the last 5 years of his life battling addiction and fighting to get his life on track. BlueCrest Recovery Center is a rehab that changed his outlook on life. After 40 days there, Alec was looking forward to his future and even planned on taking counseling courses to pursue his dream of becoming a drug rehab counselor. Unfortunately, Alec lost his battle with drug addiction. The stigma behind addiction is immense and damaging. The power drugs have is evil as is the effect on the user. Alec was a generous, loving, hilarious individual who would want to leave his mark changing the lives of other addicts.
