Cancer - Help a "Sister" in Need

It is with heavy hearts that we come asking for your help. Our amazing friend and soul sister, Jenn Quinn, was diagnosed with breast cancer (Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma) in February.  Upon her doctor's recommendation, she underwent an invasive lumpectomy within weeks of her diagnosis.  However, genetic testing revealed a high chance of recurrence, which now means she will need up to 5 months of chemotherapy and radiation.  Making matters even more difficult, this challenge comes right on the cusp of an already trying year for the Quinn family, as Jenn's husband, Keith, is still recovering from a devastating motorcycle accident that occurred last May.  Keith's injuries required 8 surgeries and he was unable to work for over 6 months. The emotional and physical toll these challenges have taken on both Jenn and Keith has been much to bear but they have done so with grace and perseverance. Even so, time missed from work and mounting medical expenses put a heavy strain on their finances. 

Please consider donating to the fund we have created to help our "sister" Jenn. We are doing this to help with the many medical costs not covered by insurance and the unpaid time off she will inevitably need for doctor's appointments, treatments and healing. Any amount is greatly appreciated, and no amount is too small.  

Our goal is to help put Jenn in a more secure place, financially and emotionally, so that she can heal. Those of you who know Jenn know she is a fighter as well as a healer. We are confident she will make a full recovery and get back to her life of giving to others but right now she needs us to give to her.
