As some of you know, Jordan and Abigail are set
Off to move up to great old north to Fargo, North Dakota in the near future. That said, we have all been in a situation where stress is high, moving expenses and home buying makes things tight, and sometimes something unexpected can really derail and dampen the mood and a very high and exciting time. Unfortunately this happened to the Lill’s last night. Their car was broken into and not only were Jordan’s and Abigail’s gear stolen. They had Omaha hockey club donor gear stolen as well. Allowing kids and adults to try out hockey for those who wanted to try it but did not want to invest in the gear yet 4 helmets, 4 pairs of gloves, shoulder pads, shin pads, breezers, and skates. Not a cheap thing to lose.
This is where we coming in. To soften the blow of this terrible news I set the bar for 2.5k if we hit it great. If we exceed it even better! But for how much the Lill’s do for the hockey community I know for a fact that they would be the first to jump in to help others in need. It’s our turn to help them. So what do you say?
