Fined by the Japanese police

Hello everyone, it absolute kills me to have to do this but I really need your help. 

As some of you may know, about 4 months ago I was arrested for doing something that I am passionate about. I was arrested for taking photos with my drone and since then have been dealing with legal issues, continuous interviews with police, etc. After finally getting done with the investigation the  Japanese judge handling my case decided my cases fate and ultimately my fate.

I am being fined approximately 200,000 Japanese Yen, which is equivalent to around $1760.00 USD. I was told today that I need to pay it in 10 days and do not have the money available to pay the fine. As crazy as it is, this is really happening to me. The Japanese police and judicial system have no mercy for American military members stationed here in Japan.  Any help is greatly appreciated as it will keep me out of a Japanese jail, and keep me out of trouble with the military allowing me to keep my job and livelihood.
