Hi everyone, I’m fundraising for David Welsh. Friends and family have put this together. This should have been done a while ago. Dave has been battling prostate cancer for 2 almost 3 years now and has progressed since he’s been diagnosed. He’s been in and out of hospitals , NYOH, & Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York whether it was getting blood tested non stop, blood transfusions , chemo , or radiation which is very exhausting.
He is a stay at home dad, and is also disabled. He has 2 beautiful children, Ryan and Kayla. He is a father, son, brother, cousin and uncle that loves deeply. He is a die heart New York Giants fan. For chemo and radiation he showed up in a different NY Giants jersey because loving his favorite team and his family is what keeps him going. He stays positive through all of this by just saying “I’m going to kick cancers A$$, and GO GIANTS!”
He fights everyday and still throughout everything puts everyone before him first. He’d do anything for his kids. If you know Dave or AKA Snake, Lizard, Turkey, Welshnator, Dabbin Dave, Chef, you know you can call him if you need him or need a friend you know he’s there or tries to help in a heartbeat. He’d do anything to drop what he was doing to help his friends/family if he could.
Now it’s time we help him. He has been struggling but doesn’t show it, other than he can’t do so much because he doesn’t feel good. He loves to cook, travel, go to Giants games or spend time with friends/family. But he’s not as strong and energetic like he used to be to do the things he loves.
If anyone is willing to help we want to help take the financial burden off of him & his family so he doesn’t always have to worry how he’s going to pay for something and try to make these years of fighting a little less stressful by helping. We want him to be able to pay the medical bills, any type of bills to help him in any way so he is not saddened, embarrassed or stressed that he can’t pay for something.
Anything helps!! Thank you so much❤️ We love you Dave!! Send him a message or even a call to let him know you’re thinking about him! #F**kCANCER
