We are excited to share that our new space is nearing completion! Tonight we had a “sneak peek” for parents and students, current and prospective the kids were excited to see their new space taking shape I believe the teachers and parents can now see the future is near! So excited! Still looking for any help as we look to our future

Innova Prep is a K-12 school that provides a learning environment that specifically addresses students with dyslexia, anxiety, behavior needs and other special needs not available in public and other private schools. Our school is the only one of its kind in our town. 

In January of 2021 my wife Wendy and I were told that the school our granddaughter attended was likely going to be closed. She is a 3rd grader diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD. For the past two years, we watched her confidence in learning flourish thanks to the teachers, behavioral therapists, and learning environment at her school. Unfortunately, despite the cost of tuition, the funds had been virtually exhausted. In hopes of keeping the school open, Wendy and I assumed leadership/ownership and established it as a Not-for-profit special needs school, Innova Preparatory School*. Currently, we have 58 students and families enrolled.

New leadership/ownership always comes with struggles and obstacles to overcome. 

Sadly, our change in ownership caused a change in our state accreditation and led to a loss of the state sponsored scholarship money students were receiving. Temporary state appropriated funds to replace the lost scholarship money is pending approval at the State legislature. These scholarships shall return within a year as we re-establish our accreditation. With your help and the help of other generous donors, we will be able to continue serving the educational needs of every child and family who seeks our help

Providing the necessary funds and resources for our students’ education is challenging. We have reorganized and implemented cost cutting measures as we work to establish a stronger, more lasting financial footing for the future of our school. This has only taken us so far. With our community’s generous help our school will thrive and our students will succeed. We cannot fail our kids and families. Innova Preparatory School is the only educational opportunity in our community to help our kids achieve their full potential
