Rebuilding our flooded church

I bought a property in Katy TX in December 2013. It was a 7600sq foot building. I increased the size by attaching a 3500 foot area for a church and book storage area for our ministry. I did not take out a loan to add the church and spent all my savings and maxed my credit cards to build the church. We have been using the property for prayer and deliverance services with a few people traveling to come pray.
April 1st 2016 I put together a deed transfer to transfer it to the ministry name to get tax break. Fort bend county did not transfer the deed till May 10th 2016.
On April 18 the epic flood in Houston flooded our church and prayer house. I had flood insurance in my name. I could not transfer the insurance to the ministry name before the legal transfer in the county. And that happened on May 10th. But it was recoded to the day I turned in the deed, April 1st.
The ministry is in my name and I turned in all the documents to the insurance company.
They denied the claim because the property was now in the ministry name and the insurance in my name.
Now our church and prayer house is damaged with about $250,000 worth of damage and the insurance won’t pay because of a technicality.
We've had to rip out all the Sheetrock but no money to rebuild it. We need help. People are calling to come for deliverance but we don't have the money to fix the prayer house.
No amount is too small.
And God will bless you for sowing in our ministry in this time of need in Jesus name.
