A local firefighter and his family recently lost their home in the Erskine Fire. They are a family of four with two beautiful little girls, ages 3 & 4. The fire destroyed everything.
Late afternoon on Thursday, June 23, Jacob and Ronita, with their girls, had just minutes to vacate their home in South Lake, while quickly warning neighbors & family to leave the area. Within approximately 15 minutes their neighborhood was engulfed in flames. Jacob is a Wildland Firefighter for the Salt Wells Station here in Ridgecrest. This family needs help to re-build their lives. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
