Misc expenses for Mark's long term

On April 1, 2016, my family's life changed forever,especially for my nephew.  Mark, my nephew, was a passenger in a car that lost control and was completely totaled.  The driver was killed and Mark was left with damage to his spine and may never walk again.  Mark is already on disability and has nothing but the care from his mother.  She lives in a very charming small 3 level town house.  The only bathroom and Mark's bedroom are located on the second floor.  Linda needs to have the bathroom remodeled to remove the tub and do a walk in show and add a stair lift so Mark can go up  to his bedroom.  Right now her living room is Mark's bedroom.  
Please help her make her house a home again and help make Mark's life a little closer to normal.
