Hi There Neighbor,
I'm Irvin B. Shannon, the Executive Director of the Harmonious Volunteer Center and since we started our nonprofit, nonpartisan, Pennsylvania Corporation we have been finding ways to provide community service; volunteer training systems; and assistance to community based organizations.  We are raising money to not only help our organization be more effective in its mission, but to also create jobs while finding alternatives for General Assistance and/or low income individuals and families.  We will be using money obtained to open new businesses for people interested in contributing to the world of commerce and these businesses will create 6 additional job opportunities.  Since our need is immediate, whatever funds we can obtain will be applied to establishing the New Business Outlets.  The success of raising just $10,000.00 is sufficient to start the first business outlet as a demonstration of grassroots effectiveness.  It means that we as concerned citizens will be working together to support the interest of improving the quality of life for others.  We are always grateful for any donations received and I personally wish to thank you in advance for whatever you can contribute.
