Grandma needs surgery

Every since I was 3 my grandparents have been there for me raising me as their own. I want to help them but for now this is the best I can do.
My grandma was painting the high wall on the porch (15 ft).
The ladder scooted out from under her and she fell on top of the ladder.
My grandpay was working close to home , so he got home pretty quickly.
She broke her right elbow and her cheek-bone in 3 fractures.
September 24 they are going we go to Columbia Univ. hospital to see a facial reconstruction surgeon.
My grandparents own their own locksmith business and do alright but with all the bills from the hospital etc thew will have to use some of their savings and I want them to be able to use that money for their retirement.
Keep my grandparents in you hearts and prayer's.
