Please help Jack

Hello everyone,

This go-fund-me has been created to help my boyfriend Jack, who is one of the best men I know.  Jack has spent his life working seven days a week from early morning to late at night to provide for his family and friends.  His dedication and generous spirit cannot be overlooked by anyone who knows him.  In September of 2020 Jack started becoming disoriented and lost his ability to speak.  It became very clear to his co-workers one day when his speech was beginning to slur and they called an ambulance where he was treated for what they thought was a stroke at Westchester Medical Center.  At this point they began running tests and determined Jack had a tumor on his brain which because of its placement it had started to affect his motor skills.  In January 2021 he underwent surgery to remove the tumor and they determined he had Glioblastoma Multiforme. This form of cancer is extremely aggressive and will require extensive treatment and medication for an indefinite period.  Jack has worked seven days a week his entire life and continues to do so but unfortunately the cost of these treatments will far exceed his compensation so we have decided to ask our friends and family to help in any way they can.  This is not an easy thing for us to do as we have always tried to handle things as a family but we truly are in a hard place.  Jack has always been there for his family and friends and we hope we can do the same for him in this scary time.  Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for taking time to read this.
