Daisy’s New Shoulder
Donation protected
My precious Golden Retriever Daisy was in an accident last night. Typically, she does not wander off and comes to the door and barks when she wants back in. She has been a dog that stayed in the yard since our days of running and swimming as a puppy. Last night she didn't come back. I drove around the neighborhood three times and up and down the main road. I could not find her.
I returned home and went into the back yard once more. I found her laying at the edge of the fence near the back gate. She could not move. I had hoped that she was simply stuck in the thorns that went down the hill. When I helped her up, I realized that it was not that she was stuck, but that she could not walk. The only best guess is that she was hit by a car. The miraculous thing is that she somehow made her was back to our gate so that we would find her.
Her shoulder is badly dislocated and broken. We need help with the payments to get her back to walking again.
