My dear friend Harley is a Black transgender woman currently residing in Bend and is in dire need of assistance from our PDX community. She is facing houseless-ness due to an emotionally abusive partner and is unable to find consistent work that will allow her to get out of her current situation. She has been repeatedly and vehemently discriminated against in the workplace (and thereby fired) for simply being a Black transgender woman. Contributions made will go completely towards Harley- to assist her in leaving her abusive housing situation, putting a down payment on a car to become self-sufficient, and feeding herself (and her emotional support dog) during these incredibly difficult times.
