Kathy Hamby Stroke Recovery Fund

This is our friend and long time co-worker Kathy Hamby. Last Wednesday evening (6/15/16), Kathy suffered a debilitating stroke, and as a result she is currently unable to move either extremity on her right side. Kathy will require long term rehab and will be facing a mountain of medical bills. She will be transferred from "The U" to Southern Indiana Rehab tomorrow.

Kathy has worked hard her whole life, most of her working career has been as a Surgical Scrub Tech/First Assistant in the OR of Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN.
We function as a family, and now that one of us has hit a bump in the road, the rest of us will rally and do all we can to assist Kathy on this long road to recovery! 

This isn't Kathy's first bump, she fought and won against breast cancer several years ago and came back to work as feisty as ever. I have no doubt that Kathy will once again summon that inner Ninja of hers to fight the good fight, because that's just who she is!

I ask that you give what you can, no amount is too small! I assure you that these donations will be used wisely and only for the purpose for which they are intended. 
If you can't donate, I would ask for prayers for our friend, in order for her to regain her mobility and her spark for life! 

I would like like to close with a meaningful verse from Acts 20:35
In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said " It is more blessed to give than to receive."
