Jared DeLeonardo

Our nephew, Jared DeLeonardo has currently been in Nemours Children's Hospital for the past two weeks. Jared and his family could use our help! Jared went in for knee surgery two weeks ago and developed an infection in his kidney. As many of you know, Jared has suffered with kidney problems for many years as he only has one kidney. The state of his only kidney has further complicated by the infection. Jared was placed in ICU to have a temporary port placed in his neck for dialysis. Unfortunately the dialysis hasn't shown improvement yet, but our family is still hopeful! We all know Jared will pull through this as he has a long road to recovery. Just yesterday they did another surgery to place a permanent port for dialysis. In the meantime, Kathy is out of work and Tony is missing work to be by their sons side. This is where we can help out their family. The household bills do not just stop because of a medical crisis.
