Democratic Convention expenses

I'm Harlan Baker. I was elected as a delegate, for Bernie Sanders,to the Democrartic National Convention. I was planning to stay with friends in Philadelphia to save expenses. However, I was told that  I should stay at the hotel near the airport so I can get my credentials for the convention. The money is to help pay the hotel bill.
It is important to me that I be at the hotel at 7 am every morning of the convention and not miss the sessions for which I was elected to from supporters in Maine. Yes it means a lot for me to be able to vote for Bernie Sanders at the convention. I could use the funds by July 24th. And yes I will be very greatful for your support.
