This talented young man is Chase Martinez and is the strongest person everyone knows him to be. Chase is the most giving & loving person of time. But unfortunately, Chase had began with severe abdominal pain & with this illness Chase had to have an unexpected surgery on Tuesday. Now Chase is the one who is need of financial support for medical expenses due to his surgery. The amount we'd like to fundraise is so he can just focus on his health & recovering fully. Anyone who knows Chase knows that he is funny, uplifting, and has a good attitude (even during hard times). Let's show him some love!
