A good friend and coworker from the gym has left us entirely too soon. She was genuinly, the most kind-hearted person.  Always with a smile on her face, she lit up any room she was in and had nothing but positive, encouraging and uplifting things to say. She was an inspiration to many. And when she taught on stage, she made the class feel like they could do anything. She made people feel invincible. Just know that you always made the people around you feel wonderful.

Please know that all dontations will be given to Sarah's husband, Chris (who will be withdrawing the funds), for medical and service expenses.
