MOSQUE CONSTRUCTION FUND

Assalamu Alaikum ,

My name is Kadija Camara and I am proud to present to you a project that I’ve spent several years planning & working on - “PROJECT GRAND MOSQUEE” . All the money received from donations will be funded towards the construction and development of the Mosque/Masjid in Maférinya, Guineé .

What is “PROJECT GRAND MOSQUEE” ?

A plan to construct a mosque in Guinee .

How did “PROJECT GRAND MOSQUEE” come about ?

Out of all the things in my life that I wanted to do, building a mosque where it's needed the most is ONE thing I knew I wanted and HAD to do. As a muslim, one of the most beautiful things I often experience is simply praying in the house of worship . A MOSQUE . The feeling of entering a masjid, cleansing yourself (wudu) , standing alongside your fellow brothers and sisters, listening to the beautiful words of the Quran and praying ... is one of the greatest feelings ever. This feeling is something that I want to share with those abroad, who don’t have the same opportunities like I do, here in the states.

“Project Grand Mosquee” is a plan that I’ve spent several years funding and organizing . I’ve personally invested $40,000 in buying the land itself . The sizing of the land where the masjid will be constructed is equivalent to 20 parcels (40 acres = 1 parcel ) . In Guinee, there are a few mosques in the capital cities, but there aren’t many in the less populated areas (Villages & small towns) . The Forecariah prefecture varies in population count, but there are well over 30,000 people who live in that town . Now that the land has been bought and is being prepped for construction, I am reaching out to my fellow supporters, brothers & sisters, and anyone who is willing to contribute to help out with my project .

What is the money going towards ?

It will be going towards the entire construction of the MOSQUE which includes the materials, cement/blocks , machines, workers compensation, etc) .

Where will the Mosque/Masjid be located ?

In West Africa , Guineé . Towards the western region of Guineé , within the Forecariah Prefecture , the masjid will be built in between the two sub-prefectures Maférinya and Koké (my village) .
