Help Jazz get Surgery!

Hi everyone, I am Danielle, Jazz is my dog, my service dog and my best friend. He has been by my side since he was only 12 weeks old. He has been my service dog since 2017.
Saturday he fell and a disk in his lower back popped out causing major issues, he is currently in Mass Vet.
Care credit would not approve me for more than 2400 dollars which is much less than the quote Dr. Silver gave me.
Mass vet does not accept payment plans and requires payment up front.. unfortunately I do not have the quoted 9,500-10,000 dollars they are quoting me for his X-rays, catheter, anesthesia, mris and neurosurgery on his lumbar spine. Gofundme is not something I wanted to do but unfortunately emergencies happen and my boy needs help, quick. Anything helps and Jazz and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
