Dear Family and Friends
On June 1st, Mary Lou collapsed unconcious in our home. She was rushed to Regional Medical Center in San Jose where she was treated in the ER and continues to be hospitalized in critical condition each day. Mary Lou has been stricken with a very rare condition unknown to any of the many doctors continuing daily to pursue answers and a specific diagnosis to treat her. Today marks the 17th day she lies without speaking and unresponsive. With the support and help of my family we are all agressively looking for answers.
It comes with great humbleness that I should ask for any support you may offer us to help keep up with the costly medical expenses that our insurance does not cover. This is not easy and it would be appreciated beyond words to describe my gratitude.
I will continue to communicate to everyone the status of Mary Lou's condition. Currently we have decided to move her Stanford Hospital Medical Center.
