Hello Family and Friends,

Back in June 2015, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis, a disease which involves scarring of the lung.  As a result of having this disease, my physical activities have diminished.  

In January of this year (2016), I could no longer hold a job, and have be unable to work.  At that time, I applied for Social Security Disability.  As a result of my illness, the Social Security Administration awarded my disability benefits.  A blessing indeed! However, these benefits will not begin until late August 2016.  

It is with a heavy heart that I seek your financial assistance to help 'fill the gap' until these benefits kick in.  The funds that are donated will be used to help pay my living expenses for July and August.  

I'm grateful and thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is truly a blessing from God to receive these gifts!  I can truly  attest that this illness has been life changing; a lesson in faith, and prepares me for one of the greatest testimonies of all times!  It has also taught me that I can only take one day at a time!
