Move to PHX for more cancer care

Two and half years ago I was diagnosed with Stage IV Ovarian Cancer. So far the disease is stable, but not in remission. We have an opportunity to move to Phoenix, AZ to further my treatment with CTCA (Cancer Treatment Centers of America). My husband's company will transfer him to Phoenix, but have not provided sufficient funds. The move to Phoenix will allow us to spend time with our son's family, especially Keller. With my disease stable and not in remission, how much time is there? I would love to spend that time with my entire family.
Thats why we are turning to you for your help for the additional funds we need to complete the move.
