In 2012 I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer, I had surgery and 12 doses of chemo, I worked through my treatments full time. I was just diagnosed with the same cancer has metastasized to my liver and possibly stomach and lungs. I'm not going to be able to work this time aroun d I don't think. I'm asking for help, I currently have no place to live , no income , as I just received my nurse practitioner licensce for georgia and was planning to get a job, but now this. I applied for social security disability but have to wait several months to receive any money. I don't qualify for medicaid they r saying , but I did get Grady hospital discount card. But I still have Co pays and to pay fo r medications transportation, etc.
