My grandfather is one of the greatest men you'll ever meet. He is the most generous and selfless person who always thought of himself last. He has been through hell and back with countless illnesses and even more medical bills. His continuous medical bills forced him to totally deplete his life's savings. 

It all started a year before I was born when he was a hard-working businessman and was diagnosed with Leukemia, having to sell his business shortly afterward. He has suffered from multiple illnesses since then, including skin cancer.

For the past year he has been experiencing painful sores popping up all over his body which spread to his bones where he became so weak he had to use a wheelchair. He was misdiagnosed with vasculitis for an entire year and was put on high doses of prednisone, which only made him worse. During this time, he suffered a stroke leaving him blind in one eye and hospitalized with a very rare pnemonia.

We FINALLY found a doctor, after hours and hours of research, who was able to pinpoint exactly what infection he has and how to treat it.

My Grandfather has an infection called Micobacterium Abscessus. It is a rapidly growing, multidrug-resistant, nontuberculosos mycobacteria that are responsible for a wide spectrum of skin and soft tissue diseases. He now needs to be put on IV antibiotics for three months which could affect his kidneys but we are praying for the best. 

Your generous donation would not go to waste. The funds will be used for my grandfather's medical bills so he can continue his treatments and procedures and hopefully get rid of this horrible and painful disease.  We wouldn't turn to GoFundMe unless we absolutely had to. This means the world to my family and I and we will be forever thankful.
