Josh Rudnick passed away unexpectedly in December, 2014. At the time, he and his wife Jen were mid-way through building a home for themselves and their two year old daughter. Jen was pregnant with a baby girl at the time of Josh's death.
One year later, Jen and Terra and baby Aria are still standing thanks to the help of an incredibly loving community of friends, family and amazing people.
Josh's work in the small construction business he and Jen founded was the family's primary source of financial support. Donations are critical as Jen closes the business, rebuilds her family's income, moves to interim housing and navigates an unfinished building project - at the same time as she and her daughter are adjusting to this terrible loss. Our goal is to support the family during their transition and to raise enough money to finish their home.
Along with Jen, Josh was a volunteer firefighter and leader in community service. As a couple and as individuals, they have always stepped up to help others. In that spirit, the Greenwater, Washington and Crystal Mountain "family" is determined to support Jen and her children as they find their footing.
One year later, the girls' amazing community and family has managed to raise funds to get the house a little over half way done and supply a plethora of help to do the actual building. This is the final fundraising push to get Jen and the girls in to their house so that they may have a means to support themselves and stay in the community they love so much.
We are a generous but truly tiny, rural community tucked away in the Cascade Mountains, and we need your help to reach our goal. Please read the full story on the Rudnick Family Fund website and consider making a gift for this family's future. Thank you for your support.
