The Northern NJ EMS family is in pain today, but that pain pales in comparison to the pain 2 young children will have to bear for the rest of their lives as they have unexpectedly lost their father today june 19th 2016. Roberto was only 28 years old. He dedicated the past 12 years of his life serving as an Emergency Medical Technician with West New York EMS along with being a Volunteer Fireman at Penn Forest Fire Department. Much of his time was spent working 24, 48, and sometimes even 72 hours consecutive yet I never once heard Rob complain, instead I was amazed at his work ethic. But Robs legacy is a lot bigger than his career as an EMT and Fireman, Rob was incredibly generous, often sharing anything he could to help a friend in need. Rob was one the the most unselfish people I’ve ever met and while he never took any charity from anyone he was the first one in line if anyone ever needed help. Let’s take a moment to remember our friend, our colleague, our brother Claros, who was taken too soon and should never be forgotten. Lets take a moment to help alleviate or perhaps even eliminate the financial stress that the Claros family is about to undergo as a result of a sudden premature death. No family should ever worry about the logistical expenses of a funeral.
