Hello all! On February 16, 2021, my mom’s home of 20+ years caught fire and, unfortunately, burned to the ground. The record winter freeze in Texas caused her home town to have no electricity and no water for over 48 hours, meaning there was not much that could be done to get the fire contained. With no water to extinguish the fire, she was forced to stand by and watch her home reduce to literal ashes. We are thankful that no one was hurt or injured, but the loss of her personal effects, photos of her kids, grandkids and family is completely devastating. Her crafting business is gone. Her clothes and furniture are all gone. We are asking that the local community that she has been very active in, as well as friends & family from all around come together to help get my mom back on her feet. Any donation amount will help tremendously and will be appreciated.
