22 yrs old, Need Heart Transplant

Hi,M y name is DeAngelo Holton a little bit about Me I'm 22 yrs old ,I was born in raised here at in Tallahassee,Florida.Graduated from Amos P.GodbyGodby HighSchool in 2012 with a 3.0gpa. After Graduation I attend Tallahassee Community College to receive my A.A. Degree Social Work.Also begin working full-time at Dunkin-Donuts to help my mom who was forced to stop working due to her major heart failure.At times it was hard trying to find the balance between Work,School,In My Mom which was my Heart.But nothing could prepare me for what was to comecome on May 5,2015 I was diagnosed with Congested Heart Failure,and was told it was passed down to me through genics.Since this awareness i was forced to stop school with only 6 classes away from my A.A. Degree as well as recently recieving a major promotion at my job ,I was forced to now stay home with my mom with no income.After my diagnosis I was giving a full week of doctors visits to run test and to adjust medication for me .After about two weeks of being home on the medication I ended up getting sicker now forced to come back to the hospital with no insurance .After they begin running test they notice my heart failure had worsed in my heart is now working at a 15% fraction .Since this awareness I've been here in the hospital for about two months now ,my mom ended up passing last week from her heart failure,and to know that my life could possibly end the same if I dont get up enough money for me to be transported to Gainesville ,Florida for a heart transplant.
