Hello, My name is Jeremiah Mateo. I am 13 years old and currently reside in SSF,CA. I am a student at Our Lady of Mercy School in Daly City and will be entering the 8th grade this upcoming fall. I come from a family of five which includes my dad, my mom, my seven year old brother Isaiah, and my four year old brother Alijiah.

My dad currently works as an emergency dispatcher for San Francisco city and county and has been employed there for thirteen years . My dad recently had an unexpected stroke and is now hospitalized at California Pacific Medical Campus in San Francisco.  He is currently undergoing physical therapy which could take up to a few weeks or months depending on his progress.

I am starting this "Go Fund Me" project so I  can help my family financially.  Your generosity would help my family with hospital bills and help me get through my final year of junior high school.
