Hi, I’m Samara and I’m working on saving a sweet boy that has had a rough go at life so far. He was brought to a high volume shelter approximately 7 weeks ago. The people who dropped him off stated he had been dropped in their yard and they knew nothing else. He was left and nobody came for him. He was then pulled by a local rescue, and fostered. His weight continued to drop and he had non stop diarrhea. Every traditional diagnostic test has been done, and the cause was not found and meds are not working. Fast forward to about a month ago, and I took on his foster responsibilities. He is the sweetest little soul and you wouldn’t know he was sick. He is so affectionate and just wants to be loved. Although his diarrhea has lessened he is now anemic and not improving. His colon shows signs of inflammation on ultrasound and cancer is suspected, which is treatable. The meds, colonoscopy, biopsy and care are expensive. With the proper meds, and diagnosis he has a chance at recovery. Without this, he will die.

I am asking for your support in helping this guy. I don’t want to give up on him without trying. He deserves to feel loved and know he was fought for. He was already abandoned and I don’t want to do it to him again.
