Dr. Sergio Victor Hernandez

August 25, 1981 - February 11, 2021

It is with the heaviest of hearts that my family and I have to share the sudden and tragic loss of Sergio at 39. He was a loving father, dedicated son and esteemed professional. Not only was he adored by his children but he was well respected within the medical community. It is so hard to believe he is no longer with us. Sergio has left behind his 8 year old daughter Sophia, his 5 year old son Christian and his mother Nancy. Please consider donating to help the family with immediate expenses as they learn to navigate life without him. We are absolutely devastated by Sergio’s passing. May he rest in heavenly peace with his father, and beside our Savior.
