My sister Amanda embodies strength. She is one of the toughest people I know and she always pulls through no matter what life throws at her. And life has thrown a lot at her. She goes through life depending on herself only and she has 2 kids who depend on her. She works a full time job and is a full time Mommy. There is one thing my sister does for stress relief, one thing that she does for herself. That is riding her motorcycle. It is the one thing that she does to compress and stay sane in this crazy life. On Thursday June 16 my sister was in a motorcycle accident that left her hospitalized with a fractured collar bone and hand, minor road rash, several bumps and bruises, and a major set back in her life. Her fractures were bad enough to require surgery and the placement of metal plates and pins. It will be a painful recovery and she will need physical therapy to regain proper movement and feeling in her hand. She deserves to be able to persevere and I know she can, but she is going to need some support. She provides for her family on her own and will probably be out of work for some time. She is also going to have an endless supply of medical bills and no way to pay them if she can't even pay for basic living expenses. She is so strong and she will get through this and would never ask for help herself. But I can't think of anyone more deserving of some assistance. Any amount you can gift to my sister would be a help and would be greatly appreciated.
