Jeff's medical and school fund

My name is Jeff Alvarez. I'm 25 years old and I shouldn't be alive. Let me tell you my story. The first 23 years of my life were normal. I was a college student working part time to pay bills and I had a fiance. Then, one afternoon changed my life forever. I was vicously attacked. Without reason, a man struck me over the head repeatedly with a brick. I was in a coma for 11 days and was almost dead. I was hospitalized for an entire month and since have been to doctors appointments upon doctors apointments. I've had to have surgery to correct my voice box since it was damaged when I was intubated and had a filter placed because I developed blood clots. Now, I'm just trying to go back to school and pay all of these hospital bills. I'm not expecting much and I appreciate any donation. Whether it be $1.00 or even $0.50. Anything would help me get back on my feet debt-wise and so I can finish school and apply my knowledge of computer science to those in need in the medical field.
