Help me get out of the hospital and get situated!!

Hi everyone, my name is Emanuel Alejandro but most of you know me as Manny! The reason for this fundraiser is to see if there’s anyway to help me get out the hospital and get situated because I’ve been in the hospital for the past two months now due to being homeless and not having anywhere to go! I had to put my pride and my eagle to the side and ask for help because I’m really tired of suffering!! I need help to find a way to make it to Puerto Rico to my father side of my family to get situated over there! The hospital has been trying to put me into a nursing home but I don’t want to go to a place where I am going to be treated unfairly, and left their to be forgotten about! I really need the help because as most of you know my brother passed away 11yrs ago and I recently lost my mother last year! Now its only me left with my four kids! I really need help buying a few new pieces of medical equipment such as a Hoyer lift that helps get me in and out of bed as well as in and out of my wheelchair and things of that nature due to the one I have is giving out on me! Another thing I need help buying is a new bed because the one I recently had is messed up and half of the mattress doesn’t fill up with air which also has to be a flex fit adjustable bed to allow me to move my body up and down because I can’t lay flat! The reason why is for those of you that don’t know me I am a quadriplegic paralyzed young man! I got hurt swinging of a rope swing in the river! When I dove into the water I ended up in the shallow end and broke my neck, shattering my c4,c5,c6, and c7!! I can’t move from the waist down, and have no functions of my hands! I really need the help to leave and start all over again because I really have no help here and I feel all alone! I am tired of suffering!
