While this is under “Dreams, hopes and wishes,” it could also go under “Medical.” I am a transgender woman and have begun the process of medically transitioning. I’ve been on hormones for almost a year but, unfortunately, my boobs didn’t get the memo that they had some work to do. It is my sincerest wish that I can undergo breast augmentation surgery so that I can appear on the outside how I feel inside. This surgery is not covered by insurance, and due to the pandemic finding a way to supplement my income isn’t possible. Any help in achieving my goal would be greatly appreciated.
