Medical Emergency for Rev. Claudia
Donation protected
My name is Dr. Sharon Baquedo-Phinn and I am asking that you help me in raising funds for our Chaplain- Rev. Claudia Dickson who resides in New Orleans. She is in need of a medical emergency and her insurance does not cover the cost for her hysterectomy.
She has a growing uterus like the size of a 25 weeks pregant woman. Have to do a biopsy to make sure there is no cancer. If it's negative then the doctor will do the hysterectomy. After all the procedures are done, she will have to see a doctor for check up on a regular basis. She is currently not working and lives wiht a friend that helps her.
The past week she has lost a lot of blood and had to rushed to en ER, her blood count was 3.0 and they had to give her blood. Her blood count as of today us 7.0.
My goal is to raise $7000.00 (Seven thousand dollars) within ONE MONTH or less.
This will help complete her procedure, plus doctors visits/transportation/meals, etc. until she fully recovers.
It is not a good feeling to have someone call you crying, don't know what to do after praying and crying out to God for help, and not be able to extend a hand. I believe when there is a need, God will provide in many ways. And this one of the ways in which we can help our sister.
I thank everyone in advance for giving to help our sister.
God Bless you all.
