Craig and Johanna Morton are first time parents. They were informed early in the pregnancy that their baby girl would be faced with a heart defect and would not make it to full term. They have been praying ever since and have shocked all of their doctors. A few days ago, at 38 weeks they gave birth to a beautiful baby girl! God is so good! The doctors took Clara through C section for fear that her heart was not strong enough for a regular delivery. Although they had a successful delivery, there are still many obstacles that they are facing. Doctors informed them today of another diagnosis but they have not said what it is yet. Clara has already been diagnosed with Heart Block, multiple CHD's , and Heterotaxy Syndrome. Her condition is very rare. As most of you know being a first time parent is stressful and wonderful, we are trying to relieve some of the financial stress off of this amazing couple.
