Hi Everyone,
I am writing bearing some very sad news. Our beloved Simonetta Majors, the head of Shaye Blue's manufacturing facility for 5 years, has passed away. She went to be with our Lord peacefully in her sleep due to heart failure on June 14th, 2016. It was unexpected, and her family, as well as our Shaye Blue family are all deeply saddened by this sudden tragic loss.
Simone was a wonderful woman inside and out. She was caring, sweet, and had a heart of gold. She always did her best to never disappoint - even if it meant staying up all night long to sew samples for us :). She was truly amazing, and her talent for sewing was like no one's I have ever seen. She hand-sewed my entire couture wedding gown on her own. I will never be able to thank her enough for that. It was perfect.
Simone is survived by her wonderful daughter, Rachel and son, Travis. She taught both of them to work diligently in the sewing factory, and even with Travis' slight case of autism, she was able to teach him to blossom into an incredible help in the shop.
Simone's beloved boyfriend of several years, Fred, along with Rachel and Travis really need your help honoring Simone. The costs of cremation and honoring Simone's body are more than they can currently afford. We all want this woman who was so dear to our hearts to be celebrated and loved the way that she deserves. We know that our angel, Simone is peacefully resting with our Father now, and she needs your help to have a proper ceremony.
