My mom passed away yesterday due to covid. My family and I contacted her life insurance policy this morning and we were informed that the policy had lapsed. My mother always handled the bills and somehow the payment was late. She has been in the hospital over 6 weeks. The payment was due on January 4th, she had a 31 day grace period and she passed on 7th which was 3 days late and they said she wouldn’t get any money for her policy. This is so hard right now to post this on top of everything that has happened. We don’t know which way to turn right now. Please, I ask for any help that we can get. Please. God bless you all.
